After a full day of skiing or playing in the private yard, the fireplace will assist in warming up frozen hands and toes and the chef of the group can slide into the fully equipped kitchen to whip up those family-favorite recipes everyone craves. Plus, the kiddos can easily get their wiggle out in the downstairs game room with a few rounds of foosball!

If the skiers are chomping at the bit to get a taste of fresh powder, don't hesitate to head up to King Pine Ski Mountain just six miles north to ski and snowboard on wonderfully groomed trails. Come summer, the main attraction will definitely be the clear waters of Ossipee Lake just under 10 miles from home base where everyone can swim, fish, and boat under the warm sunshine. Plus, Conway is 15 miles north offering a plethora of shopping options and local restaurants to choose from!
