"I will start by saying, I know you always get what you pay for, so I was not expecting a ton. With that said, the room was fairly well cleaned, staff was nice, and it's a classic Vegas hotel. My issue started with the check in process, it was all kiosk check in, and if you try to check in with a front desk agent they tell you to go to the kiosk, this should be optional and not mandatory (I prefer to keep people employed). I used a phone tap payment at the kiosk, after waiting for a half hour for our room to "be ready", I was told it was because the kiosks don't do well with phone taps. The hotel is one of the older ones in Vegas, so their windows do not block sound at all, I was on the 23rd floor and was constantly woke up from traffic noises. Also, I found that besides a couple of screws that could be easily removed, the windows are able to be opened. One of the windows in my room was missing said screws and was able to open... Yikes! Considering I'm 23 floors up in a place known for drinking and people doing dumb stuff. Dining options were somewhat limited with what seemed like half the food court options closed most of the time. Not to mention paying $23 for a fast food burger. Overall, in a pinch I would stay again, but I would gladly spend a little extra for a newer property."

"The service at the spa was terrible but otherwise the property was delightful and all of the other staff were great. Just the spa was rude and the service was sub-standard. Next time will head to a spa in a different property. The whole stay would be 5 stars if not for the spa."

"I like staying at Circus Circus. The price is very fair and reasonable. The room is always clean and tidy. There’s a few things I would like to address that I feel the owner(s) need to know about. The maintenance engineers are very lazy. Majority of the time when I stay at Circus Circus the facets and the shower heads don’t work well. Also you need to get on the managers in housekeeping to remind the ones who’s cleaning up the room, if they see things that need to be fix to report it. Also you can barely see out the windows because they are so dirty. Other than that Circus Circus is a nice place to go to and have fun or just relax."
