Hi Jonathan, we are very sorry if your expirence were not great. We try our best to make it nice. Maintenance was checking your room after you leave and they check all the bumbs were working good is just there are differents interruptors for every light that maybe you did not see. We are very sure if you ask before we could explain you how to use it and we could check your sink, about the shower, is working perfectly maybe you did not close it properly. We have a very big parking lot in front of the apartments and also there is lots of space i the avenue for parking. Regards

What a pity that the buffet breakfast served on the rooftop chill out has seemed little varied, offering apartment service and not hotel; and seeking to offer the best quality in food, breakfast consists of: fresh juices, Italian coffees with various types of milk, infusions and teas, fruit, variety of breads, sausages, cheeses, cookies and pastries, hard boiled eggs, guacamole, bread tumaca ... all done at the moment and homemade. We also offer alternatives for our guests intolerant to Gluten or celiac. And being a buffet, everyone can choose how to combine it every day. The pool is a complement to the kilometre beaches of Fuerteventura and the chill out bar is located on the rooftop with a solarium and showers. The buffet breakfast is served there to enjoy it with views of the sea and the volcano in the background. We are very happy that our staff made your stay more enjoyable. Fuerteventura's climate is subtropical and, occasionally, small insect pests may appear in landscaped areas. To prevent the appearance of these insects we carry out anti-slip checks every 3 months, although the regulations require it every 6 months. However, unfortunately there is the possibility that some insect will survive this control. You can always contact our reception staff to solve the problem immediately. Fuerteventura offers a climate with a pleasant average temperature throughout the year. We do not believe that the use of air conditioning is necessary. Not being a hotel but an apartment complex, cleaning is done from the fifth day of stay. Also, the issue of littering is to prevent the smell from accumulating and making it more difficult to finish with it after each check out. It’s the only thing we ask our guests because the apartment becomes for a few days their own home and this is informed at the time of check-in. Fuerteventura offers a climate with a pleasant average temperature throughout the year and we do not believe that the use of air conditioning is necessary. Likewise, we offer our guests ceiling fans to refresh the stay. And, if they wish, they can also request a standing fan from our staff, as you did well. We are in a privileged location, 5 minutes walking from the center and in a quiet place. We are lucky to find ourselves in the center of Corralejo, close to everything and with a good parking area, but far enough away so that within the complex you can breathe the tranquility that emanates from the island and enjoy a relaxing holiday in our refreshing pool As in the chill out area of the roof terrace.
