My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room.
I also received a "wake up call" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me.
The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic.
In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.

We booked a room on floor 14 with a river view. It is an extra £20 per night but it’s worth every penny. The staff are so kind and helpful giving us oat milk for the tea in our room and replenishing everything and tidying it all each day of our 4 night stay. The only reason for not giving it full ...
