This property was exactly the way it was listed. Property was clean and ready for use. The"pet friendly" listing is what got our attention, but we will use again even without the pets.

Need to bring fans to put in front of ac units to cool down the main room & kitchen. Electrical plugs didnā€™t all work but we brought ext. cords to use downstairs. It was in a good location & close to beach. We enjoyed our stay. Will rent again.

Location was great!

If you are looking for a no frills stay, located within walking distance of the beach, this is it. While the property can use some upgrades, the location of this property was perfect for us. 4 adult and 2 children had plenty of room. We were only in the house in the evenings and for meal times since we spent time fishing and swimming at the beach. Bring everything you would need for a stay and you should be fine. Listed 2 bathrooms, but only one was functioning since the downstairs will undergo remodeling.

Tried to contact property manager through text and E-mail. Never got a response. That was upsetting because I couldn't use the wifi. Brought my own bedding. The mattress was so disgusting I slept on the couch.
