After a fun day of adventure, grab your favorite drink and head to the comfy outdoor couch for some rest and relaxation or, head downstairs, fire up the grill and cook your fresh catch!

Great property, Tiki Island is wonderful!
The location of the house was perfect. Our family really enjoyed the house and the deck! The house did not have a king bed as listed and was lacking on some basics-one kitchen towel, no pot holders, no lid matched the pots, one small mixing bowl, no laundry detergent, one outlet in the bedroom. Bathrooms were great size and having the washer and dryer is great. Property management was great communicators.

I actually loved the location it was very peaceful , very roomy. The fact that the cleanness of the house had me over excited ! The only thing I had a problem with was in the master bedroom should have a king size bed and not queen and the tv should be much bigger other than that I enjoyed my stay

Great place to stay on Tiki! House was clean and had everything we needed. The ONLY thing I would have liked to see changed was being able to put our boat in the slip.

Enjoyable Accommodation
Clean house, nice location. I would think for the price they could include some channels on cable but at least it’s a smart TV so you can log into prime, etc. check in time of 4 PM is the latest of any property I’ve rented. Check out of 10 is also the earliest in my experiences. House has some floor warping so if you think you’ve drank too much, it’s not you so have another. Overall very nice house.
