Very Dissapointed !!

Very disappointed with our visit ! when we arrived the check in was very difficult and the staff not very helpful, the apartment that was allocated was nothing like the description when we booked, the apartment had serious drainage issue and as a result smelled very bad, the décor was grubby, it was advertised as having a sofa bed (an old fold up bed in the corner) the actual sofa had a massive tear which was covered with a throw, the WIFI didn't work. towels where not provided so we had to buy out own and on arrival the bed linen had not been fitted it was thrown on a chair in the kitchen area ! To be honest we did not bother back to the check in office to complain as we had already wasted precious time on actually getting in so instead we moved out the next day and booked alternative accommodation in a hotel which fortunately for us was very good. I will be approaching Hotels .com !
