"Amazing location. Service was terrific. The hotel is truly historic all the way to the phones in the room. We were there during the songwriters convention (lucky circumstance). If you are looking for a great location right in the heart of Gatlinburg I can’t recommend this place enough. "
"Loved the pools and hot tub. The creek flowing by the property was clean and accessible. The staff were great and everything was maintained and kept clean. Rooms are a little dated and they have removed the sauna, but still have a sign indicating that there is a sauna. This is deceptive. Fair price for the accommodations."
