"Staff was professional, quick and informative. Room was clean, beds comfortable. View from room was cute, continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient considering we stayed during Jeep week. Close to many restaurants, shops and the aquarium. 10 or so minute walk to all amenities. Very pleased with the experience. Would book again."

"I really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. We were here for The Mountain Music Festival. We had a Great time. The hotel is excellent. The staff top knoch. We had a problem with a tv our first nite there but it was easily taken care of the next day. And management promptly took care of us with a resort credit, that was very much appreciated. This place is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg Hands down."

"The location of the hotel was a 5/5. I would have given my overall rating a 5 but the day before we left the pool was undergoing maintenance. We were looking forward to the pool but then got a message saying that the pool wouldn’t be open that day. We were well informed but kind of disappointed."

"Our second time staying here (would have been our third, but I waited too long last time!). Rooms are clean, ac is cold, pool area is clean & maintained. Front counter staff are genuinely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. As Gatlinburg is a walking town, this is just far enough back to not get all the noise, but close enough to walk to/from to the main strip. Rowkeya & her manager (missed her name) and overnight lady were all SUPER!! We will return next year for sure"

"If you want an old fashioned experience in the heart of Gatlinburg, this is it! From the minute you are greeted in the driveway from someone guiding you to check in, you feel like this place is special. This is an old school experience. There is no modern decor, it is exactly as it has always been. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was good, great rocking chairs on the balcony. The free breakfast each morning is outstanding. The pool was perfect! What makes this place really shine are the people. Every worker we encountered went out of their way in customer service which you just don't get anymore. We had a great experience with both Amy and Jameson. These two went above and beyond for us (to sort out a missing key issue). Forever thankful and already booked our next trip back!"
