"We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food. The hotel was very pretty during holidays. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The pool was great with separate area for kids vs adults. We didn’t eat buffet breakfast but did order breakfast from their menu and it was great. Also, their restaurant for lunch or dinner is good too. We had pizza. It was never crowded so we never had to wait for a table. The only negatives were WiFi was hit or miss on the tablet but it worked great on our phones. Also, we were on the 5th floor and only one elevator went there (the side one) and lobby one only went to the 4th. It looked like because of decorations on top of elevator. We had a great view from our balcony on a Gatlinburg, space needle and mountains. I wouldn’t suggest getting pool side rooms since it’s very loud there with pool and people constantly being there. We grilled outside and had seen a bear on a property coming by, great experience. Also, lots of parking and we never had issues with parking even during busiest weeks of the year. "

"The staff are very friendly, great atmosphere and the pool is perfect for any age. When we arrrived there was a huge line (it was Hell Week in Gatlinburgh) but staff passed out waters and cookies to help with the wait. Pizza on site is really good and fast. The room was clean and location to down town was great. You really wouldn't want to walk as the road to the hotel is completely uphill but they have a trolley. The location is super close to the entrance to Smokey Mountain National Park which was a plus for us. "
