The townhouse boasts an open plan living & kitchen area, a bedroom with a queen bed, a modern bathroom, a laundry with washer & dryer and a private courtyard that offers al fresco dining. Secure parking for one car. The townhouse is walking distance to all the cafes & restaurants on Pakington Street as well as a short walk to the Geelong Waterfront. This is a great choice for a getaway to enjoy the Geelong attractions!
