"It is almost impossible to fault this hotel. Their breakfast is fantastic, their beds and bedding excellent. The staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed several times in this hotel and will continue to return. The only issue that can be addressed is the soundproofing. Late returns in neighbouring rooms can be heard sometimes."

"We absolutely loved the swimming pool. Really helped our 7yo daughter to have a fun time as she didn’t appreciate the views and history of Bruges so much. "

"We arrives before check-in and received a warm welcome. Our luggage was waiting for us in our rooms when we returned later in the day. We enjoyed the canal-side terrace. "
