"The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.Our hosts supplied everything we needed. We also enjoyed the banana bread and coffee that was provided!"

"The house was perfect. It was very clean and cozy. It was also perfectly situated. Very close to Franklin and close to Nashville. We loved this place and would stay there again. The deck outside was heavenly. A great place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. "

"It was perfectly stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The laundry was good. Even though one bathroom, it was big. Sally and Tim were super friendly and responsive. It was so peaceful and test close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had an absolute wonderful time. We enjoyed meeting the Donets and dogs-super friendly !"

"The property was a nice get away, outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville but close enough to enjoy the local scene. The house was clean and prepared for our stay. The hosts had great communication and the property had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing time.At first we thought we were at the wrong address because the siding had changed since the picture on VRBO, but quickly figured it out that we were at the right property. The ants in the kitchen were a pest, but there were ant traps throughout the house to help reduce the ants. My biggest issue was the glass range hood which protruded into my path so I smacked my head about 20-30 while making meals during our stay. All in all the property was a good find and we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to others who plan to visit the area of Franklin."

"Very run down house. Had a smoke alarm chirping in a locked room that no one could get to. Managers had to call locksmith to turn off. Positive part the managers responded as quickly as possible. They do take pets. "
