"Kitchen did not have a plastic drink pitcher (we like tea!) so I purchased one at the Dollar Tree and left it when we left. Everything else was excellent and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. "

If you have a vehicle, it was also a perfect driving distance to historic downtown Franklin, Leiper's Fork, Nashville and exploring the beautiful country side. The bunkhouse was comfortable, the shower had amazing water temperature and pressure and the history of the music studio was very interesting and exciting to know the musicians that have recorded there. It will be my first choice for our next visit!"

"Dark Horse Manor is a grand estate, very large rooms and every bedroom has an ensuite. This estate is really unique - you will never find another property like it! The grounds are so beautiful, private and- quiet. Yet, it is just 10 -15 minutes from grocery stores, etc. We were allowed to bring a very well trained standard poodle with us - he is a therapy dog. Our House Manager, Austin, lives on the property and was there to help us in minutes of our text to him. It was a wonderful place for a family gathering. "
