"The Lighthouse side of the property is truly underrated, everything from arrival to departure was an amazing experience! The views, the views, THE VIEWS! We stayed in an Ocean side condo, three beds (two were Master) and a half bath and our own pool. The property itself was phenomenal, there's a small store on site with a restaurant with agreeable prices & they had Happy Hour! The HH drinks were hands down the best I have had at any other vacation property. If traveling as a family of 5-6, or just as a group, please do yourselves a favor and book one of the Lighthouse condos, it will most definitely add that extra WOW factor to your experience."

"Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all ten of us, yet it never felt anything less than warm and inviting. The spectacular ocean views from every room were simply breathtaking, and the constant ocean breezes kept the house wonderfully comfortable throughout the day. It was the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together.What made the experience even more special was the outstanding care we received during our stay. Our on-site staff member was incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive. She kept the house immaculate, took care of our laundry, and prepared delicious, generous meals that made our stay feel effortless. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and beautifully prepared. And her thoughtfully crafted drinks were the perfect finishing touch after a day of enjoying the surroundings.Our host was equally exceptional. From the moment we booked until the moment we departed, she was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience.All in all, this was more than just a beautiful place to stay—it was a truly memorable getaway. "I wish I booked for a longer stayWe loved the house How wonderful it is to wake up and see St Barts and Tintamerre on the horizon. I loved talking to Catherine. She was warm and welcoming. The house had EVERYTHING that you could think you may need. We brought Snacks and aluminum foil No running out to get extra things to cook with Last, Daphne answers promptly and checks on you Love love, loved my stay."

"I’ve stayed at multiple residences (vacation rental) in multiple countries over the years. By far this was the best experience with a host I’ve had. Chris was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Communication was beyond expectation.The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything you need was available and there is an extra refrigerator/freezer which is great for a large group.The location was private and secure. The beach was easily accessible but if you’re looking for swimming in the sea this area was too rough for us. Listening to the waves crashing was heavenly. We were not able to get in the water, but there are beautiful calm beaches close by. Having the salt air while swimming in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunrise from the patio was perfect. This place and the host are highly recommended!"

"The property is located right on the water! It is Atlantic side, so the water is very rough. The beach pictured was absolutely covered in seaweed. It smelled awful. We did not spend time at the beach within walking distance. The property was difficult to find. The GPS did not take us to the right location. Roads are not clearly marked, and the property is not clearly marked. We knew we found the property when the door code worked. The linens were provided (even beach towels). The road up to the property is has some pot holes, we should have requested a taller rental car. There were ants inside in the living room and kitchen, but they weren’t biting ants. The pool outside is beautiful and clean, we swam there daily in the evenings. The local island dogs would come visit for attention (watch your shoes and glasses)! Otherwise it was perfectly adequate and we would stay there again."
