If you want to have a tranquil time this is the place. The beach is not the best; but you can go to other beaches close by. Nice place to relax and enjoy."

"Overall the property is great. We booked two story villas that are higher up the hill and have in room laundry. Everything was great but the French side of the island kept losing water. These units do not have tanks so it was unfortunate and after 3 days they were ablt to move us to another unit with water storage so we had water for the rest of the stay even though the island water remained unreliable. Communication during this was very good. Delphine was very supportive. Aside from the water issues, both rooms were very clean and well maintained with full kitchens and dohes/glassware etc. Both rooms had great views fo the bay Hotel has a restaurant available for lunch and breakfast, it was great. They also have a market, a barkery and a couple restaurants a short walk away. Only other thing to be careful with is the mattresses. Our first room 407 had a great mattress, but the second room (301) was a rather firm, I know some like that. I would recommend and we will try and return on our next trip to Sint Maarten "

The accompanying resort to this villa/condo was a great location too - offering serenity, activities and the best staff and food too. Oh and on premise little bakery too. Our last week here saved our vacation. A great place! "
