"We enjoyed princess heights. Not super close to restaurants so keep that in mind. Being able to cook food for breakfast was a plus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jetted tub was a highlight to end each day. Would be nice if there was a screen on balcony door so you could leave open without mosquitoes coming in. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had essentials for cooking such as pans and dishware. Dish soap was appreciated. "

"Our stay at the Villa Caribbean Jewel was perfect in every way for our party of nine. Ginny was a great host: responsive and supportive. Her recommendations for restaurants and car rental were invaluable. The Villa itself was beautiful ,spacious, and equipped with every amenity, with spectacular views of the ocean shoreline by day and the stars by night. The hidden gem in our stay was Ursula. Not only did she keep the place spotless, she also prepared several luscious meals for us - chicken and ribs, goat and oxtail currys, apple pie and quiches. We came back from several beach days to find fresh guacamole in the fridge. Our stay exceeded all our expectations, it was as if we had our own private resort. We highly recommend staying at the Jewel of the Caribbean."

"Four couples traveling in the midst of a winter storm made for some stressful times but we finally arrived to a little slice of heaven. The house is VERY well appointed. The best that I’ve vacationed in. Lots of dishes, paper towels, linens, spices, oils, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. We were there 10 days and the house manager was excellent. Great communication before and during our stay. The only suggestion that I could make would be for the pool to be heated. The sun barely hit the pool during the time of year we there so it couldn’t warm it up. Cold plunge anyone? We did! (At least once).Monkeys and iguanas were seen daily in the vegetation around the house which was fun to observe. The house lacks nothing so if you want to vacation in St. Maarten this is the place!"

"Villa Vista was perfect for a multigenerational family vacation of 7. With its 4 bedrooms, all with en-suites, large great room and expansive outdoor areas, we had plenty of space for social interaction but also enough privacy. We also appreciated Donnamarie’s recommendations for activities, such as the catamaran tour, and for restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"The property was actually 2- 2 BR/2BA villas vs 1 unit with 4 BR/4BA. The owner was very pleasant and responsive when we arrived. Communication kind of tapered off after reporting the 2nd unit having an ant problem. Unfortunately, it was never addressed on the inside. We bought our own bug spray but that didn't resolve the issue. The properties are very modern but some of the furniture, towels and bedding were very worn. There was an upstairs terrace that was furnished with very beautiful views. The property itself is located up a very steep winding road within a neighborhood not beachfront as the picture might suggest. You can drive to the access point to the beach resort. If you rent a car a jeep is probably best.to tackle the hills."

"Our host Chris was amazing. He met us at the property and did a great job going over the facility. He responded extremely quickly to couple of issues, both resolved extremely well. His communication was excellent and he even checked in on us after the first day to make sure everything was great. "
