Modern bright apartment recently renovated, with Poniente beach and the marina 3 minutes walking, parking and supermarkets nearby. It is an ideal flat for 5 people with an excellent location that will allow you to fully enjoy your trip to the city

The space

Apartment with lift and with excellent location in a quiet area with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another room with a single bed, living room, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. It has Wi-Fi connection.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

Todo bien

Todo bien, muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona. El piso está muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa y el centro. Todo bien, por poner una pega había solo 2 rollos de papel de baño que para 5 personas se nos quedaron escasos y tuvimos que comprar más.
