"Lovely hotel but Manor House rooms not on a par to the Celtic Manor Also £13.50 a day cheapest parking hurt Lovely breakfast and use of main hotel but next time I will stay in the Celtic Manor and only stay one night not 3 as nearly £40 to park my car when staying 3 nights plus that car park is a fair walk as it was raining has put me off staying longer again"

The staff at reception are fantastic, and the manager in particular is so friendly, welcoming and always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. We now regularly stay at this hotel because of the excellent service and the way we’re always made to feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
