Downhill a few miles from the house is RIFLE GAP STATE PARK and HARVEY GAP STATE PARK, 2 clear reservoirs packed full of fun flat water activities. If you are not familiar with this area, I encourage you to check the map and Google it to discover what opportunities await you. For a dose of town, Glenwood Springs is just 26 miles away, Rifle 13 miles.
Sitting on 2.5 private acres this 1800 sq/ft home offers the perfect 3 couple or 2 family setup. Each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms has a king size bed and the large downstairs bedroom has 2 queens. The bedrooms do not share any wall or floor space for more privacy. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. Upstairs is the spacious fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, nicely furnished living room, and huge east facing deck. Downstairs is the cozy family room with a wood pellet stove, television, and dinning table for 8. There is Wi-Fi, and cell phone service. The front of the house is fenced in for your security with a shaded patio, large picnic table, and yard area. All towels and bedding are provided. We have highchairs and cribs if needed.
