Terraced chief villa with large garden surrounding the house, covered veranda of 50 square meters with barbecue, outdoor shower, sink, electric oven.
The house is on three levels, two double bedrooms two bathrooms a bedroom with three single beds in a loft room, a single bed in the living area cousin, a single bed in the room below, sleeps 9.
It has private parking, at 100 meters there is the condominium swimming pool which can be used free of charge, it is open every day from June 15th to September 15th, the use of swimming cap is mandatory and is open from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 15.00 to 19.00.
The beach is 500 meters away on foot, where you can rent dinghies and boats.
At the entrance of the structure (about 300 meters from the house), market restaurant and pizzeria.
The house is equipped with a TV, equipped cooking area and fans.
The house is fresh and welcoming, ideal for two families or a group of friends.
