This home is nestled in a quiet cove that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake, and is a quick boat ride to Sandy Beach or Possum Kingdom’s famous Hell’s Gate. Whether you want solitude and views or people and excitement, this home is the ideal location. The home’s footprint is small, but you won’t feel it because of the expansive lake views and the open outdoor area. Inside the home, you will find a master bedroom with a queen bed and sliding glass doors to enjoy the view and a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed for extra sleeping space. The living room also features expansive views with sliding glass doors. The kitchen has all conveniences of home, and a full-size washer and dryer make dealing with lake clothes a breeze. It also features a brand new two-level double slip dock. Nearby are Fox Hollow Restaurant and Cantina, Possum Hollow Restaurant, boat ramps, and the West Side Mercantile. I was a little hesitant driving in on the one lane gravel road, but it really just added to the charm! The cabin is perfect for a small family or couples. The dock is so serene and tranquility oozes from the breeze. We especially loved being able to bring our own boat and skis! We're excited to bring the family back.

Wonderful 4th of July Getaway

This very clean property was perfect for our 4th of July celebration. Dock was a huge hit. Private and peaceful. Great communication with the hostess. We hope to stay again and give this property a 10/10. If you are bringing a boat, please note the road and drive are tight and its difficult to turn around, we recommend to put your boat in the water before you check in. Boat ramp was 7 minutes, so perfect location. Also very close to convienent store and has station.

We had a great time. Everything indoors and out seemed new and worked well. Really enjoyed the boat dock for docking our boat, fishing, and watching the sunsets and full moon-rise on the second story. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful.

This property is amazing! This property was perfect for my family’s lil getaway from the cute house all the way to the massive dock. My family spent most of our time fishing and jumping off the dock. Great location and nice cove.

Great Get Away Spot

We’ve been coming to PK for years. We loved the house and the area! We loved that it’s right on the water and had a beautiful view. The dock was great and made everything so easy. The road leading to the house is very narrow and we were unable to take the trailer down easily. Now that we know that, checking in will be a lot better. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Get-Away

We stayed 2 nights at this property. It has amazing views of the lake and we enjoyed sitting on the covered porch watching the boats come and go. Property was clean and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for our stay. All beds were very comfortable and AC worked great. Michelle was very helpful before and during our stay. Will definitely be back!

Sliver of paradise on PK!

It was a perfect fit for my family, not too big not too small, the two-story boat dock was amazing. Brought our boat up, launched it at Fox Hollow resort the first night we drove in, I caution anyone putting in at that boat ramp, as there are rocks beneath the water that are not marked. Unfortunately we hit one and looks like the boat is going to be a total loss. But we ended up having a great time without a boat! Jena, our host was awesome! We will definitely be back with a different boat lol

Daughter's Birthday Trip

Prior to being a vacation rental, my cousin owned this lake house and we have spent many summers hanging out & swimming there. We LOVE this property & it's quiet location! We rented it for my daughter's birthday this weekend, and everyone had a blast! The new two-story dock is absolutely wonderful! The kids had a blast jumping off the 2nd story, while the adults sat at the tables on the 1st or 2nd story. The views from the dock & the house are great. This property is so peaceful; whether it's morning coffee on the long-covered porch, sitting on the couch looking through the wall length windows, or enjoying time on the dock. The only things I'd be cautious about is the steep parking, the narrow road getting to the property, and making sure your little ones have sufficient life jackets even while walking around on the porch or the grass. There is a drop off ledge that could really use a fence for safety of children, but everything else is perfect! We love this property and will continue to rent it!

Beautiful spot

Great property with a fantastic boat dock. Primitive road so if you have a boat, best to get it in the water before you trailer back to the house. Very limited room to turn around. Otherwise great and would stay there again

Great place to relax !!!

Great place to relax, fish and play. Kids and dogs enjoyed the dock and we all enjoyed fishing and hanging out together. Nights were rounded off with some competitive games of UNO. We will be planning another trip soon.
