The hotel is ok for a short stay like mine. The property is a bit dated, but there is everything you need. Really nice pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Local bus stops nearby.

Outdated hotel

The hotel is really well located and the staff is nice and friendly. But the vegetables for breakfast are several days old and rotten. I saw a beetle both in the breakfast restaurant and in my room. the hotel generally requires a loving hand, floors and cupboards are outdated, renovation needed. It is very noisy, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Comparing to the standard, it was too expensive.

Disturbing noise, slow reaction to most problems

Of all about 300 hotels I have stayed in during many years, this is one of the worst. Some of the staff were very nice, while others, particularly the receptionists, were not. Changings of beach towels and sheet were very rare. Only bills were accepted for towels and remote controls, no credit cards. The half pension we had did not include any drinks, not even tap water, that you had to pay for. 50 euros for water during 2 weeks is not OK. The noise from the surrounding bars were terrible, until at least 1, sometimes 4-5 AM. When asked about that, the reception denied there was any night club nearby. From others, we heard that the owner of the hotel also owned that club (in the building) that had a very high decibel throughout the night, at least Fri-Sat. One of our rooms, just above one of the bars, did not have a functioning air-conditioning and it took one week to fix it, although "reminding" them that every day. Every cost was charged from your credit card, no option to have it put on your room. AmEx worked in the built in restaurant but not in the reception. Much more to tell you, but this will do for now. The food was OK but nothing to go there for.

Property is a bit basic and in need of a revamp. Food is basic, bar area needs improvement - all just a bit tired. If you want a good value 2 star hotel, this would be fine, but have limited expectations

Green Field was better than expected. Room had everything you needed and it was clean. Pool area was okay, bit cold pool but that's pretty standard in Gran Canaria. Food was not good - not worth it. Also dining area was almost sad, got feeling like being in a hospital. Of course it's cheap also so you can't wait for 5* food.

Nice hotel, but VERY loud on a night.

The hotel it’s self is clean, comfortable and absolutely fine. All the staff I encountered were lovely and very friendly. The thing that lets the hotel down is the nightclub across the road. It plays BLARING music till 4 in the morning. The fridge in my room was making lots of noise too so I couldn’t even sleep with the balcony door open. I, myself was out most nights till past 3 in the morning, so I’m not against parting into the small hours (it is playa del Ingles after all). But on the nights where I wanted a quiet night in, it was impossible to relax or even sit on the balcony. Maybe the rooms are more quiet on the other side of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again, but only if I was not facing the nightclub.

Helt okej hotell att bo på. Läget är bra och lätt att ta sig till ställen. Flertal restauranger runt omkring och barer. Hotellets poolområde var stort och det fanns gott om solstolar. Lite tråkigt med otrevlig personal i receptionen. Rummet var ingen höjdare, sängen var trasig i fjädringen och rummet i sig var rätt tråkigt. Jag bodde på hotellet i en vecka. Hade nog valt ett annat om jag besöker Gran Canaria igen, för bekvämligheten.

Llegamos el 18 y habiamos cogido un estudio y nos dieron un apartamento que era peor nos cambiaron de habitacion por q nk funcionaba el aire las tablas del sillon rotas y la ducha.nos fuimos un dia antes, del martes al viernes mismas sabanas y toallas fuimos con buenas expectativas pero nos llevamos un chasco todo un desastre muy desilucionados no volveremos mas y no lo recomendaremos a nadie.

Hôtel bien placé

Hôtel très bien placé. Tout à proximité, shopping, balades. La piscine est très bien avec coin jacuzzi. Le personnel est très agréable La salle de petit déjeuner est triste, sans fenêtre et en sous sol. Le choix est limité et pas beaucoup de produits locaux et frais. Un peu bruyant la nuit
