The place is very minimalist and dated. It’s quantity over quality, which is ok if that’s what you prefer. The food is very basic and blend, lacking variety and healthy nutrition.

The hotel was lovely, had everything you needed for a relaxing or family holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Great 👌 stay.
Different rates depending on what you stay in and for how long. They entertain around the pool during the night until 11, but my cabin was far enough away. Everyone hears it! Cleaning is minimal unless you ask for more done in spanish or broken English. There's HB minimum 2 days purchase. Clean. CoVid-19 clean. 10 days was much. A week would have sufficed. Beside a supermarket for easy access to food. Cancelled shuttles to the beach with no warning.

The staff were arrogant and very cheeky i wouodnt stay here again we pay alot of money to go on holidays so dont expect staff to be so horrible

Pleasant stay
A very good hotel. Lots of parking spaces. A bit far to the beach but there is a free bus to the beach (3 times per day). Close to the Yumbo shopping center. 2 nice swimming pools, gym, football / basketball court, tennis court. Nice staff everywhere. My kids loved the evening animations. Large selection of food and drink during all meals. In our 2 bedroom apartment there was everything you need e.g. a kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery. There was even an xbox. My rating reduces the presence of cockroaches in the apartment.

Good property in good location in Maspalomas. Excellent breakfast and dinner with half board. A children´s paradise. Recommended.

Everything was good. Really nice stay. Only thing I’d say is at check in I had to find my booking confirmation on my email showing I was all inclusive and email it to the hotel. Don’t understand why I had to do this as the hotel should have all the information.

Very good hotel. Bungalows are well equipped and not too close together. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The food was exceptional. Lovely staff and food was excellent. Accommodation was great but beds area little hard. Kids pool and around the pools could have been cleaned more regularly. With a few minor changes this could be a 4 star easily.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom by galow very spacious, housekeeping called everyday which is pretty unusual for a self catering property, not only do you have dining table and chairs on the patio they also provide sun loungers.

Great for families especially with young children
Very enjoyable stay for myself, wife and 3 year old daughter. 1 bed apt was perfect and clean. Pools and entertainment was great. Only slight issue I had was that I did not use All Inclusive (never do) but other than the bar menu (pizza, burger, hot dog) there was only a buffet service every night for dinner in the restaurant, so ended up leaving the complex every evening. Not too bad as there are a few places to eat within walking distance. I had a car so drove to Meloneras (10 mins) plenty of very good restaurants there.

Very quiet place and guests well looked after. Everything clean both inside and out. Spacious bungalows with everything we needed but furniture in livingroom need updating. Excellent beds. Furniture outside very good. I loved the free wifi. The only down side was the bathroom. Hard for people with disabilities and old people to take a shower. Have to climb into a bathtub. We felt really secure and safe. Highly recommend the place

Probably the most enjoyable vacation we had with kids. We just loved everything about this place, from the food to the facility untill the service - and especially the amazing Entertainment team. Already planning our next visit.

The beds were not good, the sauna didn’t work, generally not a great hotel in terms of comfort. The area felt unsafe uncertain parts, with men wolf whistling (not a fault of the hotel obviously!) just not a nice location :(

Another amazing visit
We last came here in 2014 as a couple. Had the most amazing time. Coming back we hoped it would be the same. Well yet again exceeded all our expectations food was still good plenty of choice and good quality alcohol was still good choice only change is now you have to pay 1euro for the slushs disappointing as I lived off these with a little shot of vodka in last time. The staff waiters waitresses bar staff all very attentive. We brought our 6 month old daughter and the staff were so amazing with her. She had literally stole everyone's hearts and attention by the end of the week. Special mention to Cristina her day off must of been our last day sad we never got to say goodbye.all the animation team were amazing so talented funny and caring.hoping to come back in November to see our faves again jose Marco Gustavo Lorena Lucia Lydia Andrea Bryony Lee Ashley and Andrea we love you. Our best visit yet. We have the holiday blues already. Only criticism I have is the bathroom layout in bungalows is a very inadequate so difficult to bath the baby as the bedae was in the way an shower screen does not move. We thouggt it would be difficult with a baby but was actually alright Bungalows are fab in terms of microwave to sterilise bottles kettle for making them. Bungalows are good size and have been slightly updated since last time. Nicer headboard pictures on wall etc. Boiling water available for bottles at pool at coffee machine and staff got us a jug to cool bottles

The hotel is perfect for young families as it has some great splash pools and play areas to entertain them. The food selection at the all inclusive buffet was extensive and always seemed fresh and the accommodation was spacious and clean.

We have been taking holidays in Gran Canaria for more than ten years and stayed in various hotels in Maspalomas area. Comparing with others, this is not bad but no better than others. On bright side, plenty of free parking spaces, food are generally good, staff friendly, room spacious (we took a one bed room bunglow), three pools , various entertainments, really suitable for family with children. Downside, it is not particular close to beach, at least 20 minutes walk or take free shuttle bus, pool not very warm. Hotel itself is a bit tired. In one of the days, builder closed the car park entry for road maintenance, my car (along with some other cars) were blocked in. Hotel really should have informed guests at check in. It really created problem for those who had to leave on that day.
