We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here. Perfect for your needs. Staff very friendly and responsive. Small supermarket opposite hotel, as is a great bike hire shop. Large supermarket 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. All amenities 5 minutes walk. Self catering, quiet, budget hotel.

The patio doors and some of the towels need replacing, they could also do with a few more kitchen utensils but overall it is excellent value. The place is kept spotless by the cleaning staff and the reception staff will sort out any issues that might arise efficiently and professionally. I have already booked my next stay!

The reception is pretty unhelpful. There is no option to leave your key at reception, which is an old school key and not ideal if you are going out of an evening wearing shorts. If you enjoy a decent sized pool, this is not the place for you! Good wifi, super-close to the beach and big balcony are the plus points.

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with the front desk department, this is not at all common. It is true that the reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and after that time, only the night watchman remains in the building. Therefore, guests need to have their keys to access the establishment. In addition, due to the Covid we avoid continuously collecting and handing over keys. That is why at check-in the keys are delivered fully disinfected in a small bag. Greetings

Girl at the reception was very friendly. Booked room for 2 nights didn't stay even one night checked to different hotel. Room I had was different than a pictures Shower with curtains not a door. Kitchen old. Beds very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy old windows next to busy road. Curtains in the room not hand properly. Didn't want to ruin my extended holiday so I didn't stay in the hotel. Hope others rooms are in better condition.

Major annoyance was them taking payment from my Amex instead of waiting until I arrived. I had already transferred money to a Euro card to pay and now am saddles with a large bill on my amex. Apartment was reasonable for the price, good size; good amount of storage space. Decent shower, apart from the shower curtain. bidet was a nice touch. Living area was good size. Reasonably stocked kitchen. Had to have the toaster changed as the one there was not working. Good size balcony. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, bedroom door didn't close as there was no latch to it. Main issue though was the noise from outside. Apartment overlooked a main road to the beach. No sound proofing to the window areas so noise from cars, delivery vans and raucous people late at night could be heard. Location is ok depending on where you want to go. Short walk down to the promenade and beach, slightly further uphill to the Yumbo and a stair climb to get to the La Sandia or Cita centres without a long roundabout walk.

Exceptional value for money- price cannot be beaten. Large, clean apartments with everything required. Reception and poolside areas maintained impeccably. Please beware that the hotel is on a very busy road and is both hot and noisy. Bring your earplugs and a portable fan.

Nice place where to stay
The apartments are very well located and we could find easily a parking spot close by, probably also due to the low amount of tourists this year. The flat is a bit old inside but still fine and comfortable.

Cheap but nice and spacious, Nice view, but all the rooms are facing north, a little cold at night and in the morning but if you get an electric fan heater (about eur16), no problem!

Bathroom and apartment standard was different form the photos. The bathroom in the apartment I was given was very dated and did not have a solid enclosed shower, and only had a shower curtain. The general asthetics were not the best either with paint peeling from the walls.

We visit Playa del Ingles regularly and have stayed here on at least two occasions. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and it always has a lovely family run business feel about it. The accommodation is basic but I always find it to be sufficient, if you're not after luxury. Nice welcome pack of wine, water and a washing-up pack. The hotel itself I have never found to be too noisy. Unfortunately, the noise outside the apartment woke me far too often, this time we were in a room with old louver windows, some have upvc double glazing, and heard everything! The road surface outside is terrible, block paved and moves and vibrates with every passing vehicle, the noise is sufficient to wake you. Cars parked at the front with their doors open, blaring out music one night. I even bought ear plugs. I do like this apartment, cheap and well placed but the poor sleep this time around may mean that I do not stay here again.

Great Staff, not great apartments
The staff were amazing but my room was in serious need of an upgrade with peeling wallpaper and paint, the bedsprings poking through the bed into my back (once i mentioned this the staff got me a mattress topper) no blackout curtains as described, i did hear from another guest on another floor that their apartment was in actual fact quite nice so perhaps they just havent gotten around to redoing the one i stayed it which was incredibly poor. If you are looking for sunlight on your balcony this hotel is facing the wrong direction and gets NO sunlight whatsoever from sun up to sundown so you will have to go upto the pool on the 5th floor to sunbathe. the location is great, close to Yumbo Centre and beach which is wonderful. Again i cant stress enough how good the staff here are, nothing is too much trouble for them once you make it know.

All the apartments are well equiped, clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very helpful and there is security on the building so you feel safe. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Yumbo shopping centre. Excellent location. I have stayed here at least 6 times and wouldn't go anywhere else for a Self Catering Apartment.

This fabulous property is no more than 200 metres from the beach and has bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by, including the pretty decent, well stocked supermarket across the road from the hotel. The property itself felt like a home away from home with a well stocked kitchen, living room with a decent sized TV and comfortable beds. There's no air con sadly but being on the ground floor and in the shade, we never really needed it. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, as well as being able to check in when we arrived at 11am. Overall, my wife and I felt this was a cracking location and great value, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There's been a few reviews mentioning noise from the street but this wasn't a massive issue when we went in October and weren't really troubled by noise from neighbours or the road at all.

Fabulous apartment staff exceptional.Ruth is an amazing girl at reception always ready to help. Margarita & new girl also very friendly and the service at hotel Emma who did our room was so lovely and always smiling plus did a great job everyday really appreciate all of them. Lovely large clean apartment, big balcony to sit on to have breakfast and a late night drink. Quick easy check in by very helpful staff, even a bottle of wine in the room and bottle of water in fridge. Can’t wait to return next year again.

Great Location & Great Apartment
Great location close to Yumbo & Playa Del Ingles. Friendly team in reception and night guard. Clean apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Really liked the small attentions like wine & water on arrival. Medium size pool but warm and peaceful. Friendly cleaning team too. Beds were ok. Only negative was the noise all day and night as on a main street leading to Playa Del Ingles. But overall I would happily return there.

Facilities weren’t good enough,
Negative feedback first: The facilities is not nice at all the swimming pool was very tiny only 5 sun beds next to the tiny pool, but with tons of sun beds on the other empty side, it doesn’t make sense.... don’t ever trust the photo on the website, doors and windows should have double glazing, otherwise please provide ear plugs too as it’s very noisy right next to road can hear the traffic, also the safe they provide it’s super old version and you have to rent a keys for that, there’s no gym, the bed is very squeaky, kitchen equipments is dated Positive feedback: The beach apartment look nice from the outside but not the inside, the front desk staff was very polite and helpful, the room is big and clean, free bottle of red wine. Really hope they improve their standards, wouldn’t mind to pay extra little money.

Good Location
Good location near the beach. Hotel never gets any sun because of its orientation. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. They speak about six languages. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms.

Great location and good value for money
Great location. The kitchen was suitably equipped but if you try and use more than one appliance, the fuse box would blow. The bathroom was large, good pressure in the shower and always plenty of hot water but very limited storage space. The beds took a bit of getting used to - very soft mattress and a standard single. The patio doors did not close completely which meant there was a constant draft (it was chilly at night) but there was no noise from the road. The reception staff were very helpful.

Close to the beach, promenade, restaurants. Supermarket across the road. Plenty of ATMs. 10-minute walk to Yumbo Centre. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room, good shower, lots of hot water. Kitchen equipped for very basic food preparation. All rooms have balconies but face north so get no sun. Roof top pool is not really somewhere to spend any time. Three star accommodation but it's cheap and cheerful.

Bad: Awful beds and pillows that were uncomfortable and old. Noise from building work in neighbouring apartment for three mornings, so no lie in. Very basic provision in apartment. Patchy WiFi and poor selection of international TV channels. Cigarettes went missing from bedroom...? Good: Close to beach and nightlife. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall not bad considering...!
