The villa has all modern amenities - a large American kitchen, fiber internet (400mbps), 2 full work stations with screens and working chairs, premium mattresses, a sound system, a BBQ, etc.
There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on-suite). All rooms have sea-views.
The villa is fully detached with over 450 sqm of terraces, including a BBQ area, sofas, sundecks, an outdoors dining area and parking space for two cars.
