"We had an excellent stay here and everything we needed for a few nights exploring Tenerife. The location is good with parking outside . Our host Emeric was more than helpful, which ensured we had a fabulous time. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Tenerife."

"The pool was ok . It was cold the day we were there. Vine yards ? not sure where they were. We had one 45 watt bulb in each room. No security,. you had to relock the door using a key. $35 US dollar taxi ride. Very nice restaurant Jennifer was fabulous. "

"No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. "
