It was exactly what we were looking for as a weekend get away: clean, cozy, quiet, and close to the square. We walked everywhere. Parked once and never drove again until we left for home. It’s perfect. Pennie is hospitable, friendly and prompt to reply if ever we had a question. We will visit again.
This was an absolute superb property to stay at. Out new home away from home in Granbury, Texas. You will not be disappointed if you book here! Clean, modern, close to the square (5 minute easy walk). We loved it and will rebook on our next visit to Granbury.
What a lovely stay! Our cottage was well-equipped with plenty of space, the exact amount of kitchen needed, and stellar air conditioning! We were a short walk through the park to the Historic Downtown Granbury’s square which made finding a parking spot a moot point. We appreciated being able to enjoy adult beverages without worrying about who would drive home; we just walked! The cottage, itself, was beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed with a comfy king bed, two recliners for relaxing, and a beautiful shower with GREAT water pressure! Pennie was a dream to connect with! She was at the ready when I called to touch base before check-in and was knowledgeable in suggesting spots to eat. She makes WONDERFUL scones that were waiting for us when we got there! That means I got an easy breakfast in bed Saturday morning! Stay here! It has been one of the best spots we’ve stayed at, and we small-town-hop each month! We’ll be back, Pennie! Save us some scones!
