"The room was very clean with numerous international charging port for usage. Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid."

"The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again."

"Very bad experience. Totally below expectations. Photos all showed so nice. The room is the direct opposite. The only nice area is the entrance lobby and reception. Seems so nice and high upon reaching and was impressed and excited. Lousy check in process, ask me call this agent that agent before they issue me the key. Finally got the key, still excited. Entered the lift, still happy. The moment I reached my floor level, lift door opened, it’s like you entered into another world, another dimension. The grand lobby classy vibe is gone. The corridor totally belong to an unfinished 3rd world country housing corridor and hot and stuffy and humid. Entered the room, I feel like I’m back at home. Boring apartment vibe totally. Checked, no toilet paper. Then when we gonna take a shower after that, the whole shower stand dropped off. It’s not properly secured into the wall, the whole wall plug came off. And exposed the cement wall. Of course it will drop off. It’s literally just pushed and stuffed into the hole. The hole is so much bigger than the wall plug and screw. What a joke. "

"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. The drainage of the bathtub is also super slow, ie draining a bath tub full of water will take at least 15mins. The service was good. Room cleaning was prompt. Breakfast was relatively good for the price. It was buffet style with the usual egg station. "
