"We liked everything about the hotel. The only possible thing we were not too keen on was that the breakfast room was a little on the small side and we felt a bit cramped in there. Otherwise - full marks!"

"The hotel was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent (119) with king size bed and plenty of room. The bathroom was newly decorated and the shower very good. The room, corridors and reception area were clean and tidy. The only negative is that there is no food on site and the leisure facilities are no longer open and will probably never re-open. Food and drink can be found nearby at The Farrier attached to the Premier Inn which was nearly double the price for a nights stay. People who we were meeting stayed there and were disappointed as it was noisy. In contrast, we found The Urban was very quiet. In summary, I would recommend people to stay here whether they are on a business or leisure trip."

Super efficient welcoming, rooms are comfort the beds are the best always get great sleep here when we come for competitions at university if Nottingham. Breakfast good spresd, coffee could be better but nothing else to complain. My group hotels are my go to in Nottingham"
