"Our night at the hotel was a nice respite before an early flight. The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport, and allows you to leave a car parked there for a nominal fee. The restaurant was surprisingly good and reasonably priced."

"Very surprised how well kept this hotel was. Usually hotels by the airport aren't that nice. This one was a little under-priced for the rating by others, so had kinda low expectations. Pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it looked. Staff was very helpful. Finally, the breakfast was really one of the better breakfast buffets we had. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pork patties & sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, french toast, muffins, pastry and donuts. The waitress stocking the buffet stopped by our table twice and asked if there was any thing else we'd like. Great place to stay in Louisville that was a great value."

"My experience at Suites by the Airport (6623) was the worst. I arrived for check-in at 11:00 a.m., but there was no manager available to open the office. The manager did not show up until around 2:00 p.m. During that time, guests who needed to pay for their stay were locked out of their rooms because their key cards had been deactivated. The laundry room was also inaccessible because payments could not be processed without the manager present. There were handicapped individuals waiting outside for hours, along with other guests sitting in their cars waiting for assistance. Once I finally got into my room, I found the floors extremely dirty. After walking around in my socks, they turned black from the filth on the floor. I also had to call the office every day because of loud music and people hanging out in the parking lot like it was a block party. Several long-term guests complained that every time they paid rent, the amount was always higher than expected. I call the number to the property over 10 times went to voicemail. I call corporate they said nothing that they can do. I have to wait until someone shows up! Overall, the experience was very unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. "

"We stayed here May 15th - 16th. We checked in around 11:00 am. After check in, we left and then returned around 2:00 pm. There was a car in the parking lot already playing loud music that had subs so strong you could not even hear the music, just feel the vibrations, which were strong and unnerving. There were several people sitting in chairs around the vehicle and the vehicle doors were open. This continued, and around 4:30 pm we called the front desk to ask them to take care of it as it was vibrating the whole room. I do not know if anyone actually went out to handle it, but this continued. At around 10:30 pm this was still happening and we called the front desk again, they said they would send someone out. The music continued, and after 11:00 it finally stopped. That is at least 9 hours we were forced to listen to and be subjected to the vibrations from it in the hotel. Then we were then the bathroom, and the toilet is by itself in a small room with a door. The door was shut and the smell of marijuana then drifted down through the vents, filling the entire bathroom with an overwhelming stench. When the bathroom door was opened, the stench filled the entire room. We immediately gathered our belongings and checked out of the hotel, informing the front desk as to why we were leaving. They said a manager would be in on Monday. We also found a pill on the floor, which we threw away. The hotel smelled good but was not super clean in the rooms. Don't stay here."
