"The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1. No dresser in either bedroom, so if we were staying longer than a long weekend I would need more space for clothes. There are closets in each bedroom with limited hangers.2. The is no stovetop or oven, in an otherwise very well appointed beautiful kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to prepare breakfast a morning or...

"Our stay at the Newport Lofts was great. It was in a good location near the port and the shops and restaurants. The Loft was very nice and clean. Lots of room. A nice kitchen. Open living area. Nice bedrooms with baths. The outside porch was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. "

"This is a great property. Beautiful and perfectly located. Walking distance to great restaurants, sailing excursions, stores, etc. And it has parking, which is needed in Newport, especially during the summer."

"We really enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and cleanliness…..although there are a lot of stairs and the street noise can be loud. A big shout out & thank you to Steve who works for the property manager…..as we were unloading our luggage from car he jumped in and carried our luggage in ( 6 pieces up 2 & 3 flights of stairs) and placed it in the bedrooms…..especially appreciate him taking mine to the 3d floor! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!"
