Nice property, clean. Parking was limited.

The room was on the third floor and it was hard to climb up the stairs. I'm 67 and a room on a lower floor would've been great.

Great property and staff!

Nothing special about this property. There are a few issues that need to be addressed. 1) Elevator was horrible experience. Every time we were entering and exiting we needed to pull very heavy Metal door to the side and hold it which was very inconvenient and caused us shoulder pain. 2) there was a few steps from the entrance door to get to the elevator and nobody helped us to carry the luggages at least to the elevator. 3) No phone in the room to contact the front desk to ask for something that was needed. 4) there was a loud Music from the party or event that was in the hotel and we lost sleep for a few hours. 5) since we have returned to Los Angeles we have been experiencing consistent pain in the shoulder. as a result appointment is made to see the specialist to request for possible physical therapy treatment. at this time we are requesting to have the full refund for 2 nights for both rooms on August 4 th and 5 th Registered under FRED FARZADMEHR as a compensation for pain and loss of sleep.
