The location was perfect however our room was a complete let down. The radiator didn’t work and instead we had a portable electric heater which gave us the heat however at night we wouldn’t use it and on one night we wake up cold it was good the weather improved for our stay. However we hardly slept as the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaks every time you moved. To get any hot water you would have to leave the water running for at 7minutes to get any but often no pressure so it wouldn’t push through to the shower. On the positive side the staff was all fantastic very friendly and helpful and they did offer to move us when spoke to them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was dated bathroom very cramped and in need of refurbishment. The hotel was in a good location and was value for money .
