"We loved it!!"

"Reserved a double room. Stayed with my teenage daughter and was given a king room. Tried to change after we got our keys and was told there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. I had to share a bed with my large child. Also, we were given an accesible room for the second weekend in a row. This hotel was cleaner than Irondequoit but there was no manager available to discuss the situation with and we paid up for two beds and didn’t get what we paid for. Btw, we checked in at 3:11 pm so it was just minutes after we were allowed to so it wasn’t late check in or anything. Never heard from management. Will never trust Hampton Inn again. "

"Guest service was wonderful, breakfast was varied, hot and stocked. Front desk was attendant was great. Property and rooms were clean and fresh. "

"Nice room. Very Clean except the Inside of the Microwave. Walls are thin so You’ll hear voices etc. from both sides."

"We were given a room with a dirty disgusting fridge we wouldn’t want to put anything there we had no dishes the sheets were dirty we had to ask them to change them "
