"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"

"First, reception was so welcoming. The room was newly remodeled and clean. The breakfast selection included hot and cold items and changed a little each morning. The area was well stocked and clean. I would have liked a flavored coffee creamer option, but they had avocado mash for toast! Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub."

"In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! "

"Clean room, king suite was large. Hotel location was perfect on beach and short uber trip to downtown. "

"The receptionist was having trouble with check in due to Wi-fi connection but was pleasant and helpful even under stress. The following morning we had cold water in the shower. The new receptionist informed us to run the tub, bathroom and and shower on at the same time as the were booked and many people were using hot water, which helped."

"We had a great stay at your property. We were there for our 35th wedding anniversary. There were chocolates and Prosecco in the refrigerator when we arrived. The staff was great very friendly and that began with Brian. Who is he valet manager. He was very personable and gave us many suggestions on what to do during our stay. It’s a beautiful property. I recommend it highly."

"We stay here every year and love it. It’s simple, comfortable, clean and the staff are always friendly. The limo ride to the casino is a nice addition and on the days where there’s a fire, everyone is always so welcoming. The breakfast is nothing fancy but it’s nice to get a fresh cup of coffee and a quick bite to eat before you start your day. Always love our stays here! "
