Nice home, spacious, good outside space. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. A few negatives- cookware was not sufficient, needs updated. Most soft fabric furniture needs a good clean. Towels need replaced, and there were no blankets. A few cleaning products would be helpful. May be noted in description but there is no local tv- so you are not able to watch sports. Written instructions and suggestions were not available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, tucked away neighborhood, and yet anything one could need is minutes away. Due to our extended stay, we could've used some basic cleaning supplies, but it's a really comfy property.

Nice, Spacious Home with the Perfect Location
My son and I were in town for a championship swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. This home was just over 4 miles from the swimming pool and in a very nice quiet, neighborhood. The home was spacious and clean and probably one of the largest places I have rented thus far with a great price! I will definitely keep this on my list of favorites for the future!

Alumni Weekend in Greensboro
6 of us needed a place to stay during an Alumni Weekend event for UNCG. The property is just beautiful, and we found it to suit our taste and price range. The owner was a jewel to deal with, as I had made an error on the date, but he worked with me to find adequate housing! We hated to leave for the alumni events, and could have enjoyed just hanging out there!

My spring trip
I booked this place to rent with my best friend/unbiological sister for the spring equinox. We had a FANTASTIC time at the house and would enjoy staying again in the future. The home was beautiful, clean and inviting. The property owner communicated beautifully with me even when I had random questions as this was my first non-hotel experience. I can't take about my trip enough; thank you so much for letting me stay!!
