Good space

Over all, our stay was good. We were comfortable enough & basic needs were met. There’s room for improvement- the bed pillows/bedding/bed could be much better quality; maintenance issues - bedroom closet door was not functioning, and the shower adjuster didn’t stay in place. The location is very central and easy to walk within the city, close to transits as well.

Appartement agréable

Emplacement central, appartement traversant et frais en période de fortes chaleurs. TrÚs pratique pour un séjour professionnel. La chambre est un peu sommaire et le placard peu coulissant (il grince fort). Ménage correct mais pas optimal à l'arrivée. Pour le reste, rien à redire.

Strange conditions of rent the apartment

"To facilitate the work of our cleaning teams, please dispose of your rubbish regularly and when you leave. The rubbish bin is located in the entrance hall of the building (remember to sort it!)"... Sorry, but first time see this kind of request, renting the apartments!

Amazing location!

Amazing location - very central A lot of options regarding grocery stores and supermarkets within close proximity, as well as restaurants and pharmacies Nice bathroom, decent toilet with very good ventilation Nice main bedroom, with comfortable bed No dishwasher It as advertised with beds for 4 people, and even though you could fit 2 people in the sofa-bed in the living room, it is not ideal. The inner part of the sofa-bed (which usually acts as the back of the sofa) is very hard to lay on, which makes for a somewhat uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, it is not very big, so two large males will not have a lot space each. Lastly, you have to convert between sofa and bed every morning and night. But again, it is advertised as a sofa-bed, so you do know what you get. Apart from this, everything is very good!

Sur le papier l'appartement Ă  l'air top, dĂ©co/emplacement mais malheureusement rien que le fait de rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs Ă  une autre adresse est galĂšre surtout quand vous ĂȘtes chargĂ© et que vous avez louĂ© pour plusieurs nuits. Et malheureusement quand vous ouvrez la porte du logement , l'odeur du tabac froid vous prends au nez et ne vous quittera plus pendant votre sĂ©jour. La personne en charge de l’appartement, M....n' a pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs clĂ©mente lorsque le lendemain de mon installation je lui ai expliquĂ© ,l'odeur insoutenable du tabac froid. Elle a quand mĂȘme daignĂ© apporter une bougie et un diffuseur de parfum mais les tentures de la piĂšce principale sont imprĂ©gnĂ©es de l'odeur. La vaisselle est trĂšs spartiate (que des assiettes creuses, au nombre de 3) et je fut Ă©tonnĂ©e de trouver sous le lit une bouteille d'eau qui ne m'appartenait pas quand j'ai fait le tour de l'appartement lors de mon dĂ©part (mĂ©nage !!!??).

Quiet, convenient

First, Grenoble is a lovely college town with a great deal of history, and a nice international flavor. Second, the apartment was perfect for us during our two-week stay. The apartment is modern, clean, and a good size for two guests. It is very convenient to public transportation, a short walk to several excellent restaurants, and a nice 15-minute walk to the historic center of town. Highly recommended.

Optimum solution

Location is perfect just close to the tram stop, near the down town and with everything useful around from pharmacy and supermarket. It was the hottest week of the year and the night was ok even without air conditioning. Very well organize to get the keys and so on.
