The hotel was nice.. women staff friendly, men staff .. not so much , my toilet would not stop running , so moved me to an upgraded room , the pool outside was filthy.. maybe it’s off season , so the don’t clean it ,

Over all stay was great. Good location, not far from base, dining, train station & shuttle service to base. Only thing I would recommend is to provide dish soap, a sponge or wash cloth & dish towel. This way guests don’t have to buy their own supplies.

The room was very big and we had a very large balcony. The bar was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The location was good for us since we were visiting relatives at the nearby U. S. Navy Base. The front desk did not always understand our request. The front desk could not change our large Euro's for smaller Euro's. The bathroom was set up for only 1 person and there were 2 of us. I had to ask the front desk twice during our stay to have the bathroom stocked for 2 people. Additionally, if I didn't have bar soap from a previous hotel we would have had no soap at all. There was no refrig in the room. Plus no microwave in the room or electric water kettle. There was no a/c in the room, and it was hot at night. We were told that the a/c was central and wasn't yet turned on for the year. The mattresses were very hard.

Nice staff. Room was fine but overpriced. Breakfast is terrible - anything meant to be hot is cold. And the pastries/ bread were either stale or underbaked - very disappointing

First…the name is INCREDIBLY misleading. “Inn Naples Airport” is an 80 euro Taxi from Naples Airport!!!!!! Had I known…and my bad for not looking on the map to SEE this hotel is NOWHERE near the Naples Airport…at least 30minutes. We then told front desk we needed a 7am taxi to get an 8:30 ferry over to Positano. Apparently, no taxi available in the area until 7:30…ok..so half our drive..we had our ferry tickets and figured we could make it. Get to lobby at 7:00 to get out asap..another man shows up…long story short, front desk clerk gave our cab to this other man waiting…2nd cab shows up at 7:50 and we drive into ferry lot to see it sailing away. Next ferry was at 2:20pm…we waited in Napoli in pouring rain for 6hours. Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE..especially if you need to be in Napoli or near the airport, it is way too far out!!!! Between the outrageous taxi fares getting there and back to town and missing our taxi due to distance and the front desk…it was a horrible travel experience.

Billing was confusing. I was lead to believe i am paid for the entire stay. Upon check out, I said I'll be back to get my wallet in the room. Reception responded that I can't leave because with the suitcases it appears I am leaving. Frankly that was an insult. Im leaving the suitcases to be retrieve later. The housekeepers on the other hand are polite and friendly.

Overall the property was nice and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. One area I was disappointed was with the shower/tub, there was a small glass door, however it only covered 1/3 of the tub. As a result when I took a shower the water would spray onto the floor. Leaving a pool of water on the floor, making very slippery and unsafe when I stepped out of the shower.

Modern Hotel. Great Overnight stay
My husband & I had an overnight stay. We arrived late at night and check in was simple. Staff is friendly & helpful. There is a free parking lot on site with plenty of parking spaces. The room is very large, comes with a TV, kitchenette, & private bathroom. Facilities were clean.

Great spot to stay in Gricignano!
Another great stay at the Inn at Naples Airport. It was very quiet, no too many guests due to COVID, but the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. We had a minor leak in the sink in our room, after letting the front desk know on our way out for the day, they immediately fixed it! Great service. We also had our two dogs with us and there is a great space behind the hotel to walk them.

This was the best choice ever made when staying in Naples. The area is very tranquil. The Place was in such a great spot. The staff was so professional, attentive,, courteous, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and their cappuccinos yummy. The only bad thing I could mention was their Wifi was so bad, I weak. Overall pick this place you won’t regret it. I will giver it a 9 1/2 plus! Out of a10 grade. Will sure miss this place!! Till the next time!! And thank you for your service.

huge swimming pool , well maintained. Free parking. Bathroom is well designed and efficient. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Rooms have balconies, but no outside seating. Improvements could be made in re amenities; my room had no mini-refrigerator, no coffee maker, no iron. The room could easily accommodate two easy chairs to watch TV

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The closest town, Caserta, is 20 minutes away, and it has nothing of interest or nice restaurants at all. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is very nice. The hairdresser that owns the salon there, Anthony, is super nice and helpful. The hotels food is, at best, mediocre, but you have no other choices choices near you so bring your own food if you can. Runny scrabbles eggs made from powder and fishy smelling salmon pasta. Skip it for sure. If you can, rent a car so you can yourself around. the cab drivers from the airport/train station rip you off, the hotel has a company that drives their clients. Really nice Mercedes cars and vans. Nice drivers. Decent prices. The roads are so bad you back and kidneys take a beating. That car service offers “tours” to Pompeii and Vesuvius. It’s not a tour. It’s a ride. They drive you and drop you off. They don’t give any type of informative tours. Hire a tour guide when you get to the places.

the staff are super friendly, and they go out of their way to make your stay a good one. the property of the hotel needs some work, landscaping is not great, and the bricks of the building are visibility crumbling off the structure.

Great Place to Stay!
Despite COVID’s impact, the Tulip Inn did a wonderful job making our family feel comfortable. The rooms are quite large and nicely appointed. The restaurant provided a typical European style breakfast with the option of bacon and eggs. They have plenty of parking, both above and below ground. For Americans, unfortunately, they have the typical very hard European beds.

Cons: Stayed here for about a week. The second day we found ants coming from the bathroom/bedroom as well as the balcony door. Called the front desk to clean it up and they did; they even arrived promptly. However, the ants were still there. We ended up buying our own RAID ant traps from the base across the way and it seemed to have worked. At some point I called the front desk for fresh towels at 10am but they never showed up and we never received them. We wish there were more amenities as well as a couch in the suite that we had. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was a little odd, the shower door was short and it made it easy to get water everywhere and it would even cause a huge puddle. Pros: The kitchenette was nice, pet friendly, restaurant/room service food was great.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome. The facility needs some repair - shower in our room leaked on the floor and the outside bricks were broken in places. However, I would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness and service.

Hotel personnel very nice as usual,the bed seems harder than normal,i had really a hard time getting comfortable and it was chilly at night with only a sheet (no blankets in the closet) It would be really nice to have at least a boiler in the room. They should consider investing in a mattress topper . Bathroom can use some work!

The front desk extends beyond the level of the floor, and at night it is difficult to see that there are stairs. My sister, coming to speak to someone, fell down the stairs because if this. Some kind of visual warning or cue might help. Also, a ramp for rolling suitcases up the stairs would be helpful.

Nice stay at a good hotel in a not-great area
Hotel was nice enough and the rooms clean, but beds were anything but comfortable. Add to that the lumpy pillows and that's the only drawback to the hotel. Otherwise, breakfast was good, the pool very nice, and the staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful, but there is not much nearby. Must walk about 20 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants, which is preferred as parking at those places is challenging.

This hotel is no where near the airport in Naples, it’s literally a 30 minute drive on the Autostrata going about 90 kph. Basic room, a/c did not function well at all, hard bed and very little amenities. Hard pass on this place for me. Booked 4 days stayed 1 night.
