Guests will have access to the whole house, with private bathroom and kitchen.

This house is suitable for family stays, relocators, business stays and contractors.
Other things to note
✪ As standard we provide the following during your stay -

➞ Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil etc to get you started.

➞ Hand soap and washing detergent for washing machine.

➞ Check in time is 15:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.

➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.

➞ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

➞ We provide professionally cleaned good quality linen and towels.

➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in.
