"Great deck with beautiful view of the lake. Grill was practically like new which I really appreciated. Brought kayaks and caught plenty of fish mostly in deep water, but also brought some in from the dock which was in excellent shape. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and the washer and dryer came in handy after finishing on the lake."

"The host is communicative and friendly. The home is in the most peaceful location, had great views, and you can walk down to the water easily. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. And beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets for getting cozy on the couch. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay."

"Swallows Nest is a quiet comfortable gem on the shore of Lake Nahwatzel! Secluded from neighbors on one side and forest on the other, it is a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway! Christabel is a fantastic host! She communicates everything you need to know and was even nice enough to answer my call in the evening when Google Maps sent us to the wrong side of the lake in the dark! I highly recommend this sweet spot!"

"The property was conveniently located just off 101. Very spacious, well-furnished and quite comfortable. Easy access to the restaurants, gas, and groceries. Easy drive to the hikes and recreational areas along the south shore of the lake. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend if you were in the area."

"This property is exceptional. The owner has thought of everything a traveler could need or want. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the dishes are attractive and of high quality. The home is lovely, unique (lots of interesting nature-themed art), and cozy. The yard is open and pretty, secluded, and has huge, beautiful trees. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the OP."
