We've stayed here before and for the most part the service was EXCELLENT. One hiccup our first night was the only issue we had and Joe was more than able to resolve it for us.
The staff was wonderful. The property was a little noisy and lackluster but it was 5 minutes from the naval base. Being conveniently located made up for any shortcomings. I think I could start there again.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever booked through Hotels.com. The hotel was under complete renovation. The restaurant was not available because it was under construction. Carpeted hallways were dirty, and suspected blood stains in one area. Lobby was in poorly lit back area. Very sketchy.
On the plus side, hotel staff was very friendly and hard working. Rooms were kept clean!
Renovations should be complete by May / June 2026.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and the place is incredibly clean. I come here frequently and always have an enjoyable experience.

Rooms were always clean and in good condition when we came in after our days out. Housekeeping staff were very responsive to requests. However, sign outside property states that there is free breakfast and dinner for guests which is slightly misleading. The WiFi was questionable as well, as we lost signal several times but were able to get it back by restarting our devices.
Overall we liked our stay. We'd definitely stay again.
Good: The lobby was decent, the gentleman working the desk was very nice, decent price, and the room was clean. Good location.
Bad: The building and specifically our room stunk like cigarette smoke, I still smell it in my nose hours later. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. The dungeon downstairs with pool, hot tub, and gym were horrendous!! Doors removed from bathrooms, caution tape across the hot tub which I can’t describe, and I wouldn’t want to touch a thing in the gym of maybe three pieces of equipment. Scary clients hanging out outside. Couldn’t wait to leave, glad only one night stop over.

It’s obviously dated but under renewal. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the manager Joe was readily responsive to every request and doing the work of three people with a friendly attitude.
It's a very nice place to stay. The place is a little dated but it's nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and quiet at night.They have a free breakfast buffet on the weekends and it's very nice. Simple but nice. If we are back in the area again we will be staying here again.
The hotel felt like it was falling apart. One one elevator of two was working and it sounded and felt like the last one was close to its end as well. The fire detector was torn out in the room. The entire hotel smelled of pot. And the used sewage pump on display behind the front counter was the one of the best parts. However the staff was accommodating and helpful the whole time
Nice place- good breakfast and staff. A little outdated, but it was a one night stay for us. We didn’t need much- would have preferred double queen beds instead of double beds.
Hotel staff was very nice. Needs renovations. Room had a very musty old cigarette smoke covered up smell

Expedia double booked us but the man at the hotel upgraded us for free after paying for hotel on Expedia before arrival and we ended up with a jacuzzi suite that was really awesome and really nice of him I really appreciated it especially coming from another state
Hotel smelled, stale, damp, not updated. No front desk service. All amenities listed for not working. No one breakfast Just warm coffee at best. I would like a partial refund. Please remove this hotel from your list
This hotel was not well maintained. It has 2 elevators and one did not work and the other would not open consistently so we had to use stairs. The shower water pressure inconsistent
Staff was very nice.
This was a great stay. Good water pressure in the shower. Ample parking. Great staff. Comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was February and when I got into my room, it was very cold. Like 60° maybe. I put the heat on full blast and about 2 hours later it was comfortable. I went to the front desk for an extra blanket and they were happy to accommodate.
