The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment.

El establecimiento es muy comodo y seguro. La limpieza y las facilidades para el transporte son excelentes. Esta ubicado cerca de varios restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales. La atencion y colaboracion de las personas a cargo es excelente. El parqueadero es amplio y muy seguro. La tranquilidad del lugar ,permite que la estadia sea muy agradable. Es un lugar perfecto para pasar con la familia y poder conocer Guayaquil y sus alrededores.
