Spend summer at CuteSea Pie, Cozy 2 BR STEPS from the Beach!

Enjoy your Gulf Shores vacation at Sunchase! This third floor unit offers everything you'll need for your stay and is just steps away from the sugary-white sands of Gulf Shores. If you need a break from the beach, this low-density complex offers a heated pool and hot tub.

Looking for something to do while you're here? Sunchase is 1.5 miles from The Hangout and all the main attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer!

This cozy unit has two bedrooms and one (1) bath within 660 sq ft of living space. The kitchen is all electric and stocked with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, Keurig Duo, and more! There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer in the unit that is available to guests as well. To help you get settled, there is a starter kit that includes: dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towels!

If you want to stay inside, there is plenty of entertainment inside the unit itself. Sit on the queen sleeper sofa to enjoy the large TV in the living room, or watch one of the TVs in each bedroom. We have card games and board games for your enjoyment, as well!

Outside there are charcoal grills near the pool and newly renovated hot tub, and of course, the main attraction, direct access to the beach!

Please note that there is one reserved parking space that has to paid for at the time of arrival for this unit and three additional guest spaces on the left side of the complex that are first-come, first-serve for the complex. Cost for parking is $53. There is additional, free beach parking that is just a short walk from Sunchase.

Sorry, but no pets or smoking allowed.

**There are no elevators at Sunchase, so you will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to our third-floor unit**

Absolutely wonderful!!

I cannot say enough about this property and especially the actual condo!! You can tell that it’s been updated and well taken care of. The access to the beach and parking was very close which made it easy to come and go. The host did a great job of communicating. I will definitely try to book this condo again next year!!

Beach Getaway for 45

My husband and I were looking for a quiet little beach getaway for my 45th Birthday. This property was perfect for what we were looking for…right close to the beach (could see it from our porch area) and quiet. Dustin, the host, was so great. He stayed in touch (unobtrusively) throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything, to answer questions, and to provide any information we needed. The place was so affordable and it exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation !

Great beach and Wonderful Host!

We enjoyed our stay at the CuteSea Pie. The place is adorable and looks just like the pictures except for the pool. It looked much bigger in the pictures. The beds were full size not queen, but very comfy. Had a tiny issue with the room not being clean when we arrived. We contacted the host and he was amazing and made sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed the beach, which was steps away from our room. My family and I will stay at the CuteSea Pie again. Thank you, Dustin!

Anniversary Trip

Was a very nice clean condoAlthough the cleaning crew did not leave our parking pass for our unit we was able to park in the guest parking spot due to it was off season but if it had been the busy season and all of those had been filled we would have ran into a problem of our car being towed so this needs to be addressed between the condo owner and cleaners also they did not leave our hard to get in the pool and hot tub area so I think some communication needs to be between the condo owner and cleaners to make sure they leave everything for the guest

The property was cute and cozy for a beach getaway weekend, I enjoyed the beach overall and communication was okay, only thing is we had no access to the pool/hot tub area we were never given a pass code or key to get in. People there were rude and disrespectful towards as if we were not allowed to have access. It’s a cute place but I wish we could have had a better experience.

This was a beautiful updated condo. It had everything we needed and the beach area was perfect. Close to everything, but still very quiet. The host was very responsive. Not a negative for us, but the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Our son still had a great time in it. Would definitely stay again!

This trip was for my son who recently graduated High School. The condo was perfect for us. The beds were nice and comfy. The condo was stocked adequately. The location was perfect and was close to many attractions. The beach access was FANTASTIC!!! I will say if you are older like I am and not used to climbing stairs it may be a challenge. Overall I am impressed and definitely happy with our stay. I would love to come back
