"When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...

"Service from the staff was exemplary. There were only two downsides. the condition of the room was the first. We booked a suite - but the room had obvious signs of wear and tear which was disappointing. The second was the executive lounge. The selection of food was much more limited compared to previous times when we have visited."
