Fletcher hotels in Haarlemmerliede en Spaarnwoude, North Holland

Room was nice and fairly tidy. The lady at check in was very nice. On our last night the man at the front desk asked me and my 2 friends (who had each booked a room) if we were staying in the hotel. When we said we were he asked in an accusatory way if we can all show him out keys. He waited while we each had to dig through our bags to find our individual keys. It seemed a bit unnecessary and as soon as we provided the keys he went over the top trying to be friendly as if he had realized his...

Great location to explore both Amsterdam and the surrounding countryside. Right beside the train station in the center of Zandaam. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. I recommend the welcome package extra.

Very good location, very comfortable room, very convenient with shops and supermarket close by

Perfect

Very nice and and helpful staff and location is also good

Great Hotel.Clean Rooms.Excellent Breakfast.Highly recommended.

Great property, but area was quite a distance from transport. So a bit of trade between the quiet and peace and requiring a 15 min walk just to get out to transport

Airport shuttle bus and Staff were also very friendly

Very good place to be for a night before a flight.

The staff member that checked us in was very nice, it was a birthday during the stay and she identify this and included drinks vouchers by way of Happy Birthday. A very nice touch.

everything was perfect, only things is i like go outside for some fresh air but there were no benches around the hotel because of my health issues i cant stand up for more than few minutes and unfortunately i passed out few times while standing. maybe in the future you can think of some nice area outside the hotel where is possible to sit because in definitely coming back, i really enjoyed the stay.

Staff were very helpful, and informative

Thank you.

Warm and efficient welcome from very friendly staff. Lovely, comfortable hotel in centre of this beautiful city. One small quibble, the queen bed was two distinct halves, impossible to sleep in the middle and was a little lumpy and old.
