家族4人と愛犬1匹で利用させて頂きました。久しぶりの家族旅行でホテルを十分に満喫できました。基本的に無人で、チェックイン、チェックアウトもスマホやタブレットを通して行えるなど、新しいコンセプトのホテルでとても便利でした。 トラブル発生時には、タブレットからオペレーターを通してすぐに担当の方に部屋に駆けつけて来ていただきとても助かりました。
