"I again have to give praise to the staff at the Palm. Cecilia, the hotel manager is professional, helpful and goes out of her way to make everyones stay exceptional. Eli, the front desk person is wonderful. He makes sure that all your needs are completely met and is always willing to help if there is a problem. I must also give a shoutout to Luis, the maintance manger. I had a maintance problem and he fixed it right away. He also goes out of his way to make sure all your needs are met. About the property. There is a bus stop right in front to take you to the Florida Mall. Many places to eat within a short drive. A McDonalds and Dunkin next door. I stay here between cruising. I highly recommend the Palm."

"The room was clean and spacious. The free shuttle was prompt and flexible. The elevator did not inspire confidence as it bumped and creaked its way to the fifth floor. Water pressure also had a hard time reaching that altitude. The breakfast was not up to what we expect of La Quinta. No hard boiled eggs, but the scrambled did have an excess of water."

"Loved the location of this hotel. It was near basically anything you would need or want to do while in Florida! Also loved that there was an actual bar/ restaurant in the hotel in case you want to just stay in. Don’t forget to get the cookies when you check in also, they’re delicious! Lol.."
