Welcome to Topsail Landings in Surf City, NC. Our humble home is a 2br, 2bt Condo, sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are unable to allow any pets in our condo at this time. There is keyless August.com access entry for you convenience and security. Our condo is approximately 1 mile from the Surf City beach, at 100 Gateway Condo Drive, #124, Surf City, NC 28445, which is close to local restaurants and Shopping. Please contact our office at 910-539-1709 for any questions on how to book your reservation.

All we ask is to leave everything exactly the way you find it in our Condo. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets on the property at this time. Although we do have towels and bedding linens, we encourage you to bringing your own if you would feel more comfortable. The pool, gym, and club house are for guests only.

This property is as advertised and is conveniently located. Owner was wasy to reach and fast to respond. Only wish the HOA would allow trailered boats. The parking lot is big enough.

Had everything you need to be able prepare food and drinks. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Not far from the beaches at Topsail, stores and restaurants were within walking distance.
