"We stayed at Hotel Splendid Premium for four nights in total (19-21 June and again on 25 June), and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. While the hotel itself is excellent, it is the staff who make this place truly exceptional.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our final departure, several staff members even came outside to wave us goodbye-a small gesture that perfectly summed up the genuine warmth and care we experienced throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to May at the front desk, who was an absolute delight along with the gentleman in the blue shirt who welcomed us on the first night. Although we don't know everyone's names, every member of the team-from the evening manager to the staff who helped with our luggage-provided outstanding service.
When one of our suitcase wheels broke, the manager on duty immediately arranged for it to be repaired, and it was returned within just a few hours. While we travelled to Sapa for a few days, they happily stored our luggage, and when we returned to Hanoi, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
We cannot recommend Hotel Splendid Premium highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Splendid Premium for making our stay so memorable. We certainly hope to return one day!"
"Our family had an excellent stay at La Nueva Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of the Old Quarter’s restaurants, cafés, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They assisted us with transportation arrangements and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated after spending time outdoors in Hanoi’s summer weather. The breakfast offered a nice selection of both Vietnamese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well prepared.
We especially appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. Every request was handled promptly, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
Overall, La Nueva Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers excellent value, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter."
