Wonderful location
We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach to get some downtime from the everyday life ; ) And we sure found it. The bird view of the house(s) sold it to us. The hosts responded always very promptly and were very helpful! The house is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. And even though a review was saying that the two small downstairs bedrooms should be combined-it was great for us. We were travelling with our 6 and 7 year old daughters and they had a BLAST staying in one of the rooms downstairs (they LOVED the bunk bed!). Since I didn’t want them to try to go upstairs in the middle of the night, my husband and I decided to sleep downstairs as well. We slept very good! As to the location of the house-we really enjoyed being this close to the beach! The house itself has everything that you would need for a stay! Everything as described!

Eine schöne Lage und ein Objekt mit ungenutzten Potenzial
Der Check in war unkompliziert, allerdings ist uns schnell die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit aufgefallen bzw. es war nur sehr oberflächlich “sauber“… z.B. fremde Haare im Bad, eine Kellerassel im Bett, dreckige Schubladen in der Küche sowie eine dreckige Kaffeemaschine, Essensreste in der Spülmaschine, recht fettige Backbleche. Die Möbel wirken teils sehr zusammengewürfelt und alt (vor allem die Betten). Das Bad und insbesondere die Dusche braucht dringend eine Modernisierung… wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob das schmutzige in der Dusche Schimmel war. Strom und Wasser muss man zum Schluss extra bezahlen und das kann teuer werden. 150€ für eine Endreinigung ist absolut überzogen; empfehlenswert ist es selbst zu putzen. Gut war: die sehr ruhige Lage, das Wlan und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Das Haus hat Potenzial und die Vermieter müssten etwas Geld in die Immobilie investieren.

Ein Schönes Haus!
Der Vermieter ist Top. Das Haus könnte etwas mehr gedämmt werden, das es aus jedem Spalt zieht. Das Bad könnte auch eine Modernisierung vertragen. Aber ansonsten kann man ohne Problem mit 6-8 Personen seinen Urlaub im Haus verbringen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Erholung pur
Ein wunderbarer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der nächste grössere Ort um ein bisschen zu shoppen liegt ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Supermarkt 3-5 Autominuten Das nächste Restaurant 30 min am Strand entlang oder 4 min. mit dem Auto. Natur pur. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Häuschen mit besonderem Charme
Ein schönes Häuschen am Ende eines Weges, welches sehr ruhig in den Dünen liegt. Die Einrichtung und der gesamte Aufbau strahlen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ganz nett aber sehr abgewohnt
Lage: das Haus liegt direkt in den Dünen. Der Strand ist menschenleer und man kann stundenlang dort spazieren gehen. Einfach traumhaft. Im Ort "Vrist" selbst ist rein gar nichts, was man machen könnte. Der Ort selbst ist eher heruntergekommenen und fast jedes zweite Haus steht zum Verkauf. In 15 Fahrminuten erreicht man mehrere kleine Städte, in denen man abends essen gehen kann. Haus: Das Haus selbst ist ganz nett, mehr leider auch nicht. Terrasse: ist ausreichend groß mit einigen Sitzangelegenheiten. Leider sind die Polster für die couch kaputt und wurden bisher nicht erneuert (mehrere Löcher von Zigarettenstummeln). Die Terrasse wirkt neu und gepflegt. Ebenso gibt es einen Gas und eine Kohlegrill. Küche: des des Hauses ist das neueste an dem Objekt. Diese ist wirklich schön. Jedoch wurde bei den Einbaugeräten nicht auf Qualität geachtet, sondern alles wirkt billig. Teller, Tassen und co sind bunt zusammengewürfelt. Nichts passt zusammen. Das war in Ordnung, jedoch bin ich sowas aus diversen anderen deutschen Ferienhäusern nicht gewöhnt. Badezimmer:sind eine Katastrophe! Das muss man wirklich so sagen! Diese müssen dringend renoviert werden! Wohnzimmer: ausreichend groß, aber leider durch diverse Möbel total zugestellt. Es sind noch einige Möbel dazugekommen. Jedoch scheinen die nicht neu gekauft worden sein, sondern die "Reste" wurden dort zusammengewürfelt. Möbel wirken sehr alt. Schlafzimmer:Betten sind gefühlt 30 Jahre alt. Mehrer teppiche übereinander gelegt.

Es war wunderschön, trotz mäßiger Temperaturen. Das Ferienhaus ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gegend ist schön, Radfahren, Minigolf, Hafen in Lemvig und natürlich das Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen
